UK Consumer Rights & Print-on-Demand

Thank you for shopping at Wizard Shrimp Games. We strive to provide high-quality, pixel-perfect physical and digital goods. Please read our refund policy below, which complies with UK consumer law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015).

1. Print-on-Demand (Bespoke/Personalised) Items

Our physical merchandise (t-shirts, mugs, etc.) is fulfilled through a Print-on-Demand (POD) service. This means each item is custom printed specifically for you only after you place an order.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day "cooling-off" period (the right to cancel and return an item for any reason) does not apply to bespoke, custom-made, or personalised goods. Because POD items are created uniquely at your request, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or "wrong size ordered" scenarios.

2. Damaged or Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your Print-on-Demand item arrives damaged, defective, or with a substantial manufacturing error:

  • You are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damage/defect along with your order details so we can process a claim with our printing partner.

3. Digital Products

Our digital items (such as game keys, downloadable soundtracks, or digital art) are subject to specific rules under UK law.

When you purchase a digital product, you consent to immediate access. By starting the download or accessing the digital content, you waive your 14-day right to cancel. Therefore, digital products are non-refundable once the download or access has been initiated.

4. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please visit our Home Page and use the "CONTACT THE SEERS" form at the bottom, or reach out to us directly through our official channels. Include your order number and a clear description (with photos if applicable) of the issue.
